Grundy and Graham to Single A Approved

Just approved, literally minutes ago. I'd expect a press release or something shortly. I'm sure those in Grundy are dancing in the streets wearing their wrestling singlets.

The folks I work wit in Grundy are VERY happy and are still ****ed it took this long to happen (The word has been that the Grundy AD drug his feet becouse he did not want to lose the Richlands football gate)

Grundy dropping will push Haysi down to fulltime Div 1 and put Clintwood on the bubble

Grundy will domanate Region D Wrestling but MAY also help up our regions wrestling programs

We'll not worry about 'em too much in other sports,but this year JJK has a pretty good wrestling squad. I think they are somewhere around 11-2 in that neighborhood with losses to James River and Grundy. JR is always a state appearance crew and that one was close (39-34). The loss to Grundy? 78-0. Ouch

Pretty good is an understatement. That's probably the most decorated wrestling program in the state.

I think he is saying Kelly is preatty good this season and Grundy cut them down like a hot knife through butter

from what the Wreslings mommys have told me Grundy has looked good in 2 national turnaments but will probably still be 2nd fiddle to Christionsburg in AA this season

(On a side note i am going to have to breakdown and go to a wresling match at some point in my life LOL)

Besides football, that's the only HS sport I enjoy watching...if you've never been it's hard to really understand the strength, agility, quickness, endurance, and conditioning required to wrestle. But getting back to Grundy, they have been a nationally ranked and recognized program on more than one occasion.
